AMAZING SUNRISE BOROBUDUR (04 Days / 03Night )

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL YOGYA – PRAMBANAN – MANOHARA

Arrive at Jogja airport direct to Prambanan temple, transfer to Manohara Hotel via Godean Village (rice fields view, villages, etc). It will take about 1,5 hours on drive. Overnite at Manohara hotel.

DAY 02 : SUNRISE BOROBUDUR – KETEP PASS MERAPI

Start at 05:00 am to admire the magical sunrise at the great Budhist temple Borobudur and discover its mystery and history. A short stop at Pawon & Mendut temples, then continue to KETEP PASS Mount Merapi to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery, then see audio visual Merapi eruption at Volcano Theater. Lunch. Rest & relax. Dinner at local restaurant Overnite at Jogja.

DAY 03 : CITY TOUR JOGJA – SUNSET PARANGTRITIS BEACH

After breakfast, visit “Kraton” – the magnificent palace of Sultan. Continue to Taman Sari water castle, Bird Market, then onward to visit a traditional batik home industry. Next visit Kotagede to see hundred-year old tradition still being practiced by silver craftsmen. Lunch. Visit Kasongan village to enjoy the art of clay pottery making with their unique designs. Finally enjoy a romantic sunset at Parangtritis beach.

DAY 04 : TRANSFER OUT

Transfer to Jogja airport for your next destination.

Silver Lesson

Learning and self producing accessories is the answer to one’s curiosity on the production process. Talent by all means is the prominent requirement. SILVER LESSON (3 Days 2 Nights)

Day 1: TRANSFER IN – BOROBUDUR (LUNCH)
Welcome to Yogyakarta. We will pick you from the Adisucipto Airport or Tugu Train Station. Your first day in Yogyakarta starts with a breathtaking trip to the biggest Buddhist temple in the world: Candi Borobudur and to the other 2 lesser temples: Mendut and Pawon. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant, after which we will take you back the hotel for a leisure time of your own (free schedule).

Day 2: CITY TOUR – SILVER MAKING LESSON – ANDONG (B,L)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit KRATON (the Sultan’s Palace), Taman Sari water palace, and to see how the Batiks are made. After lunch at Sekar Kedhaton – a well preserved olf building with Javanese & European architecture, we will take a traditional horse carriage (Andong) to visit a silver making studio. For 3 hours we will learn from an instructor how to make accessories, form designing, molding, cutting and forming the silver into beautiful accessories that you take home as your own, self-made souvenirs.

Day 3: PRAMBANAN – TRANSFER OUT (B)
After breakfast, we will visit Prambanan, a Hindu temple, famous for its Roro Jongrang legend. We will then take you to your point of departure from Yogyakarta: either the Adisucipto airport or the Tugu train station.
